Taking 5 minutes of your day to do a short meditation or one before you sleep, can really make a difference in your health and well-being.

Not only do studies show it helps lower blood pressure and improve your heart rate, but it also improves your breathing, brain waves, and helps you sleep better.

Meditation tells the body to stay quiet so the tension from the muscles can relax.

So why doesn’t everybody do it if it’s so healthy for you?

In my opinion, it’s people not taking the “TIME” for themselves. You probably know that already.

We’re all so busy running around with stuff we need to do that is important to us, but we also don’t realize we can be more productive if we take a break. Myself included.

That’s why I created this 5-minute meditation. To be honest, I think it’s close to 7 minutes but who’s counting.. 🙂

The important thing is that it won’t take all day, not even 15 minutes of your time.
