As a small business owner, COVID-19 has affected my immediate family, friends and clients. Most of my work is hands-on and closing my doors 3 weeks ago was the right decision for everyone involved because I had travelled domestically. Luckily my family and I got a flight back to New Hampshire in which I’m very grateful. Some are not so lucky and find themselves in a different situation stuck where they are. Hopefully they have love and support via phone and internet to get them through their situation.
Knowing the coronavirus pandemic all around us and how everyone is in the same boat, the uncertainty of how it is impacting their life socially, economically, financially, and the stress can be overwhelming. My background in stress solutions is what I do best and I’m here at home to help support you in whatever is bothering you or a loved one.
Please see below. I wanted to give you a few things you can do to reduce your stress now and increase your mindset.
10 Things You Do To Stay Calm
- Deep Breathing
- Drink Chamomile Tea
- Exercise
- Smell Pleasant Aromas
- Go For A Walk
- Call A Drama-Free Person
- Be In Nature
- Rub Your Fingers Together To Take Attention Away From Thought
- Close Your Eyes And Think Of Pleasant Moment(s)
And to further your quest to stay calm during this pandemic, it is my hope you reach out to me for support. I suggest Bodymind Coaching now for the following reasons:
- It is conversation at a deeper level to help solve and create a plan to get you through tough times. Being coached, myself, I can tell you that it’s very helpful in dealing with stress, body pains, old beliefs, and current thoughts.
- It allows “space” for you to notice how your body is feeling and connects the dots to your brain’s internal thought process.
- It’s the connection of nurturing and support similar to what a massage feels; just without the bodywork. It leaves you feeling good about yourself, the world around you and allows you to move forward with goals you set forth with accountability.
Every person is different and needs customization and that what’s I am passionate about. No two bodies are the same so no two sessions are the same.
I can support you virtually through Facebook, Email, and by phone. If you’re interested in one-on-one coaching, please visit the below link:
